Atomic Habits is probably the most popular book when it comes to building good habits and setting routines. And for good reason.
I read the book earlier this year, and it definitely lived up to the hype. It's packed with super practical and valuable information, and I guarantee you'll find at least a couple of tips to make your life a bit more structured and to get one step closer to the person you want to become.
